The design and production seems to have been a collaboration between Nicholas A. Bird of Bird Playing Cards  and Haime & Butler, London, whose retail arm  is Hot & Bothered.  Nicolas Bird  previously worked in the Victoria & Albert Museum, London and some of the images are from their collection.
