piacentine: miniatures

Really tiny miniature cards in the Piacentine pattern. No tax stamp but I was told that they date from around the 1940's.
The Piacentine deck is from Piacenza, a province in the Emilia-Romagna region of northern Italy.
The suits are Spanish-like with Coppe (Cups), Ori or Denari (Golds or Coins), Spade (Swords) and Bastoni (Clubs).
